Founded in 1994, MD Facility Management renders FM services to commercial, public and residential property owners and tenants. Today, we serve the area of over 6 million square meters. The total number of staff is over 2,000 of highly qualified engineers and managers. Headquartered in Moscow, MD Facility Management provides FM services and oversees the activities of its business units across all regions of Russia.
MD Facility Management has all licenses and certificates required by the Russian Law.
MD Facility Management is a technical maintenance division of OMC which was created on the basis of OMC’s merger with MD and Fragra.
